Change log

  • 2026-07-19: Week 7 (Sprint 5) delivery. Marked US-11 (deterministic irritant warning, #15) and US-27 (password reset, #159) Done, shipped in the final MVP v3 release (v1.4.0). Also corrected the Work Status of the Sprint 4 account stories that were delivered in the v1.3.0 trial but still showed To Do — US-12, US-13, US-21, US-22, US-24, US-25, US-26 → Done.
  • 2026-07-17: Reworked US-11 (irritant warning, #15) into a deterministic mini-version (PBI-505) and pulled it into active Sprint 5 work. The original idea (ours) was to generate the warning via the LLM prompt, but we are keeping the LLM justification-only (ADR-001). Most of the risk is already covered deterministically — declared allergens and the special-condition filter (US-20) hard-exclude irritating ingredients — so the warning only covers the remaining gap: a sensitive-skin user (skin type sensitive or the sensitivity concern) who did not declare those and still gets a suitable product carrying a common irritant (fragrance, drying alcohol, a retinoid, or a strong acid). It is a rule-based patch-test heads-up on the product card (results + saved bag), not an exclusion and not an LLM output.

  • 2026-07-09: Sprint 4 scope aligned with the approved account specification (v3). Added US-25 (replace an unsuitable product, #157) and US-26 (manage account and security, #158) to Sprint 4. Moved US-24 (result tracker, #139) into Sprint 4 and reframed it from a monthly check-in to the 6-checkpoint biweekly tracker (raised to Should Have). Reframed US-12 (#16) from "save to history" to a single saved cosmetic bag. Added US-27 (password reset via email link, #159) to Sprint 5 as email-dependent follow-up. Moved US-23 (favorites, #138) to the backlog — not part of the approved account scope.

  • 2026-07-07: Sprint 4 planning (Assignment 6, Week 6). Added US-21 (account + sign-in, #136) and US-22 (profile card, #137) to Sprint 4, and pulled the previously-deferred US-12 (save cosmetic bag to history, #16) and US-13 ("worked / didn't work" feedback, #17) into Sprint 4. Added US-23 (favorites, #138) and US-24 (monthly skin-progress check-in, #139) to Sprint 5 as Week 7 follow-up. Auth is email + password (phone collected but not used for auth); the guest questionnaire → cosmetic-bag flow stays available without an account. US-11 (irritant warning, #15) is kept as tentative Sprint 5 scope, still pending a customer decision on ingredient analysis.

  • 2026-07-05: US-19 → Done. Delivered via PBI-301 (PR #132) — a self-contained 4-question skin-type mini-quiz that deterministically infers one of the 5 supported skin types and pre-fills the skin-type question, wired into both the storytelling and short flows.
  • 2026-07-04: US-20 → Done. Delivered via PBI-312 — a deterministic special-condition safety filter (e.g. pregnancy → exclude retinoids). The customer approved the rules-based approach at the 2026-07-03 review; age/experience stay statistics-only. (Depends on the PBI-312 PR being merged.)
  • 2026-06-24: Added US-18 (short questionnaire variant) during Sprint 2 planning — the team decided to offer a faster, non-narrative path through the same questions, alongside the existing storytelling flow (US-02). See #69.
  • 2026-06-30: Sprint 3 planning. Added US-19 (skin-type mini-quiz for users who don't know their type, #101). Pulled US-14 (LLM justification & ingredient analysis, #18) into Sprint 3 and raised it to Must Have, and US-11 (irritant warning, #15) into Sprint 3, now that the LLM phase is committed for MVP v2. Repointed stale Sprint milestone links from the old Dasha365 org to Koyash-team. Marked US-01 (#5), US-09 (#13), and US-18 (#69) Done — all delivered in Sprint 2 (landing page, skin-type matching, short questionnaire) and their issues closed.
  • 2026-07-02: Added US-20 (account for special conditions — pregnancy/dermatitis/rosacea, #124) to Sprint 3, with supporting PBI-312. The questionnaire already collects these conditions but they were unused; they will be handled deterministically in the engine (like allergens), not by the LLM. Approach (exclude vs. warn, disclaimer) pending customer input. Not the same as US-11.
  • 2026-06-30: Removed US-11 (irritant warning, #15) from Sprint 3. The customer's LLM brief scopes the LLM to verbalizing the already-made recommendation only — it must not analyze composition or judge ingredients. An irritant warning requires judging an ingredient, so it is out of scope this sprint. Kept in the backlog for later, pending a separate customer discussion about expanding ingredient analysis (or a non-LLM irritant data source).
